Finals are stressful for almost everyone. A few habits keep it manageable.
Sleep first. Seven or eight hours does more for recall than the extra hour of studying at midnight.
Break work into small blocks with a clear finish line, such as “finish the chapter 4 questions” instead of “study economics”.
Move every day. A twenty-minute walk clears your head more than another coffee.
Talk to someone if the pressure feels too heavy. Most universities have a free counselling service, and friends or family can help too.
If you are behind, ask for help early. A short plan with a tutor often turns panic into a list of tasks.
