This week’s reading discusses Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. as an example of excellence in leadership. Choose an individual (other than Dr. King) that you feel has been an example of excellence in leadership. Referring to the leadership traits, defined by the U.S. Marine Guidebook on page 310, discuss why you choose this individual and provide examples of them displaying these traits.
