Persuasive Speech – 25 points (25%) –
In this speech the speaker will attempt to persuade the members of the audience to change a belief or to perform some type of action. You can do a speech of fact, value or policy on a topic of your choosing. Students should utilize one of the following three persuasive formats: Problem, Cause, Solution; Problem, Cause, Call to Action, or Monroe’s Motivated Sequence. 5-7 Minutes.
