Min 50 words. I love how you treat all students equally, and this is key when being a teacher. I remember for my first student teaching course I created popsicle sticks. On each popsicle stick, aI wrote down a student’s name, and this way when pairing them up for activities or calling them to pick a break, it was fair. I wanted to make sure each student had a chance before calling upon the same student twice. comment as you see fit
