1. Individually, choose a change/improvement/innovation you would like to make in a group you belong to (e.g. Business, Team, Club, Class, Family, etc.).
2. Your work will be evaluated on
substance, persuasion, creativity, structure and communication
Tips For Success:
• Choose an innovation that you feel strongly about. It will be easier to be persuasive if you genuinely care about the issue.
• There are many essential elements to persuasion – Passion, logic, personalization, charisma, etc. But the most critical aspect is to connect with your audiences’ emotions.
